Rob Page has named the side that performed so well during the second half of Vale's 3-2 win over Coventry City for this afternoon's trip to Tranmere Rovers.

Ben Williamson and Chris Birchall replace Louis Dodds and Jennison Myrie-Williams while Daniel Jones is still unavailable through injury.

Tranmere: Fon Williams, Hateley, Taylor, Dugdale, Ridehalgh, Thompson, Rowe, Atkinson, Akpa Akpro, Lowe, Stockton. Substitutes: Ramsbottom, Goodison, Morris, Power, Baggie, Davies, Sodje.

Vale: Neal, Yates, Robertson, Chilvers, Dickinson, Birchall, Griffith, Lines, Loft, Pope, Williamson.

Substitutes: Johnson, Duffy, Myrie-Williams, Dodds, Hughes, Davis, Mohamed.
