Adams Denies Navarro Link

Adams Denies Navarro Link

With the Valiants still on the hunt for another midfielder, Swindon Town`s Alan Navarro is the latest to be linked with a switch to the Potteries. However, manager Micky Adams has dismissed the claims as 'absolute rubbish`.

The 32 year old saw a recent move to Chesterfield collapse owing to his wage demands, but Swindon appear keen to offload the former MK Dons player as they cut their playing budget for next season.

Former midfielder Anthony Griffith is another to be linked with a return as Adams seeks a defensive minded player to compliment his myriad of attacking options.
