Vale Sign Striker

Vale have bolstered their striking options with the signing of Calvin Andrew on a short term deal. The 25 year old was released by Crystal Palace in the summer and has been without a club since. Having started his career at Luton Town, Andrew has also enjoyed spells with Brighton, Leyton Orient and Swindon Town. Adams commented on the deal: "Calvin is a tall strong forward who has experience of playing in divisions higher than League 2. I believe he will be an asset to our squad and I'm looking forward to working with him."
